Wet curtain cooling fan machine is the newly developed equipment with energy saving from our company. It is simple in configuration, good in producing coolness, low in price, good in saving power, fresh in air and reliable in operation. They are widely used in industrial building, home building, public building, agricultural building for ventilation and temperature decrease.
Product structure and theory:
Wet curtain cooling fan machine is consisted of large-sized special paper ruffled wet curtain shaped as beehives, high efficient fan(leaf and motor),water recycling system(pump, pipeline, water separating board), floating ball valve water filling device, machine cover(box, box lid) and electrical parts. The process is like this: When the fan machine is running, a negative load will be produced inside the cavity of cooling machine, so as to make the air outside the machine enter the wet curtain surface with numerous holes and go into cavity. The water in the wet curtain will vapor in heat isolated status and take away tremendous potential heat and force the dry ball temperature through wet curtain be reduced to be close to the ball temperature outside the machine, ie dry ball temperature in air outlet is 5-12℃lower than dry ball temperature outdoor(dry heat area is reaching15℃). If the air is drier, the temperature difference is larger. The cool air will be sent into the indoor from wind outlet and be combined with heat air in door, and be expelled to outdoor through wall hole, window or door, so indoor temperature is reduced. As the air is always introduced from outdoor to indoor, the indoor air is always fresh. As this machine is used with evaporation and temperature decrease theory, two functions of temperature decrease and humidity increase (relevant temperature is about 75%) are achieved. They are widely used in textile and knitting workshop which will improve conditions for temperature decrease and reduce the rate of thread broking in textile manufacturing process so as to improve textile product quality.
